Identifying a Source Node in the Tiger Bridge Registry

For each source you add, Tiger Bridge creates a corresponding entry in the Windows Registry. Use the steps below to identify the registry node for a specific source - this is useful when you need to configure source-specific registry settings.

The information in this article applies to Tiger Bridge 5.2 and above.

  1. In Command Prompt, get the source ID by executing the following command:
    tiercli config show
Tiger Bridge lists all sources configured on the computer along with their corresponding IDs.CMD_Source_ID
  2. In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following path:
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Tiger Technology\tiger-bridge\tiersvc\settings\sources
  3. Under the Sources node, you'll find one subkey for each source configured on the computer. The name of each subkey corresponds to a Source ID as listed by the above tiercli command . Use this to identify the correct node.
