What am I billed for?

Your monthly billing is based on the maximum managed capacity during any given month.

What is managed capacity?

Managed capacity refers to the total size of all files in the Tiger Bridge source, no matter if they are currently replicated or not in the general case.
Note: Every now and then specific versions for specific clients may be released and they may be an exception to this rule and they may only count the data that has been replicated. 

Is a credit card required?

Yes. The first 1TB of managed data in any given month is free. We will only charge your credit card for any managed data over that free 1TB/ month tier in any given month.
NB: The free 50GB Tiger Bridge version does not require a credit card.

Is the payment process secure?

Yes, your credit card information is collected and stored securely by Stripe, industry-leading payment platform, designed with utmost security in mind. 
Our licensing server allows you to access your Stripe account and manage your subscription. If you cancel a subscription, that takes effect on the billing date, not immediately. Until then, you can continue using Tiger Bridge as you will be billed for the whole period/month. You can remove a card only if you do not currently have an active subscription. You can add multiple cards and decide which one of them would be the default. 

Are premium professional services and support included in my plan?

No, they are not. Contact our sales team for more information about available options.

Can I pre-pay for managed capacity?

Yes, you can do that and earn a discount. Contact our sales team for more details.

How can I upgrade or switch plans?

Can I get a discount for bigger capacities?

Yes, you can. Contact our sales team to find out about ways to customize your plan.
