How to clear the Read-only flag of Tiger Bridge program data?

If you downgrade from version 5.1, to guarantee that the Tiger Bridge service is running on the computer you need to clear the Read-only flag of all files with .store extension in the Tiger Bridge program data folder.

Once you uninstall version 5.1 and install any previous version, you can clear the Read-only flag of all files with .store extension in the Tiger Bridge program data folder by following these steps:

1. Run Command Prompt as an administrator.
   Tip: To run Command Prompt as an administrator, click Start, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and select “Run as administrator”.
2. Execute the following:

   attrib -R "C:\ProgramData\Tiger Technology\backup\*.store"

3. Start the Tiger Bridge service by executing the following:

   net start tiersvc
