Tiger menulets inaccessible on the menu bar of macOS

If app controls or menu bar items appear blocked or hidden behind the camera housing on macOS, you can turn on "Scale to fit below built-in camera" for the app to adjust the active area of your display.

You can ensure that the Tiger Client or Tiger Spaces client menulets remain accessible on the macOS menu bar and the built-in camera housing does not overlap them,  following these steps:

  1. Quit the app, by executing the following in Terminal:
    1. (Tiger Client):
      sudo killall smct
    2. (Tiger Spaces client):
      sudo killall -9 еlectron
  2. In the Finder, navigate to the location where the app is stored:
    1. (Tiger Client) /Library/Application Support/embedded/smct.app
    2. (Tiger Spaces client)  /Applications/Tiger Spaces Client [version number]/Tiger Spaces Client.app
  3. Select the app, then choose File > Get Info, or press Command-I.

  4. In the Info window that opens, select "Scale to fit below built-in camera."

  5. Start the app.
